With Muse Gallery, she wanted to create a platform that would explore the diverse layers of consciousness in and behind our daily lives.

As a Dorset-based business ourselves, CuCo were extremely excited to take on the project and help turn Andrea’s vision into reality by creating a bespoke, fully responsive website, as well as an eye-catching new logo for Muse Gallery.

Muse Business Card

Starting with the logo design, CuCo developed a minimalistic, typographical logo for Muse Gallery. It was important to the client that the logo was simple, elegant and would utilise a classic typeface, so CuCo’s experienced designers chose the timeless and minimalistic Helvetica as the brand font. The rotation of typography ensures that the logo is recognisable and eye-catching and perfects the contemporary and elegant look.

Having created a stunning logo for Muse Gallery, the second part of the project was the website. Working closely with the client, our talented digital designers created a clean, contemporary design that would allow the stunning art pieces to speak for themselves. The simplistic, elegant design CuCo’s digital team created for Muse Gallery gives the site a professional, high-end feel and clearly makes the beautiful prints stand out.

It was important to the client that she would be able to manage the site herself to curate her collections, which include Abstract, Dusk, Muse, Nature, New Topographic and Urban. Therefore, CuCo digital experts built the site using an open-source eCommerce solution and created specific categories for each of the collections, so that the client is able to fully manage the back-end of the site herself.

Not only does the user-friendly site allow visitors to filter the prints by collection, but they are also able to purchase each piece on various sizes and in the future, there will be framing options too.

Other features of the site include a blog, which allows the client to write about the stories behind her art pieces, as well as live updates from her Instagram feed to keep visitors up-to-date with her latest work.

The client is extremely happy with the new site and we can’t wait to see more of Andrea’s beautiful art soon.
