Once you have added the JetPack plugin to your site this will link your self-hosted site to WordPress.com which contains the tools needed to give you the best mobile experience, including push notifications and stats. You do not need to subscribe to one of the many paid-for Jetpack plans to use the mobile app – but these may be worth a look into although your CuCo built site will include many of the features shown already included or part of your existing hosting and/or maintenance plan.

The App in detail

Manage Products

Just like you do in the back-end of your site, you can use the app to create, edit, and publish products directly from your phone or tablet. With the app in your pocket, you can now publish simple, grouped, and external products anytime, anywhere.

As you know, you can use WooCommerce to keep track of your inventory levels – if you have turned this feature on – the app will send you a notification when you’re running out of it or about the restocking so you will never be caught short.

Within the app, you can also create discounts for the products in your store.

Get Notified

Never miss an order or review with real-time alerts – and listen out for that addictive “cha-ching” sound that comes with every new sale!

Speaking of reviews, another essential aspect that this app will allow you to monitor the verification of users wanting to leave a review. Use this feature to create more credibility for your store by only allowing those verified users to leave comments about your products.

Manage Orders

From purchase through to fulfilment – you can manage the entire order process via the app. Scroll through the summaries, filter, or look up specific orders, or search by customer or order specifics. Tap to view order information – including product(s), value, customer data, shipping details, and notes – then see itemised billing, begin fulfilment, and change order status.

Track Your Stats

See which products are performing best. Check your overall revenue and view order and visitor data by week, month, and year.

On top of this, you can synchronize Google Analytics with the WooCommerce app so that you would have the whole picture in front of you in just one app or use the Jetpack Stats.

Try it with your WooCommerce store today. Download from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
